Project Highlight

The design of the Memorial complex is comprised of four new monumental buildings based on the 4 underlying themes of his philosophy:Education, Social Justice, Social Responsibility, Self-Respect and Dignity. The 4 buildings are connected by a plaza above which is an elevated curving surface that accommodates a new gathering place, the Plaza of Equality.This new collective space connects to the statue but also provides visitors with a new viewpoint, it is space of reflection and engagement that serves to open up new perspectives.
