Although the entire new building is made using modern materials & techniques, we reintroduced the old historic impressions of the precinct details we had conserved from the old building with the modern construction. We also tried to streamline the shop network with the traffic pattern & circulations. The whole planning is done in a way that there are multiple entry-exit points so that it opens out into surrounding streets on all the sides thus stitching the adjoining roads with the shopping line.
